This Privacy Policy explains how Irena Kynaly ("we", "us") handles information in the
Lotify mobile app ("Lotify", the "app"). Lotify helps resellers evaluate products and create
marketplace listings.
Information we collect
Photos you provide. Images you capture or upload of products you want to evaluate or list.
Product and listing content. Item details, conditions, prices, descriptions and specifics you enter or that the app generates.
eBay connection. When you connect an eBay account, we store a revocable access token used to publish on your behalf. We never receive or store your eBay password.
Account & subscription. A sign-in identifier and your subscription status/plan.
Usage data. Basic counts (e.g., number of evaluations and listings) to enforce plan limits, and diagnostic/crash information.
How we use information
To identify products and generate evaluations and listings you request.
To publish listings to your connected eBay account when you choose to.
To provide, secure, and improve the app, and to enforce plan limits.
To manage subscriptions and prevent abuse.
Third-party services
Anthropic (Claude AI). Photos and product data are sent to Anthropic to identify products and generate text. See Anthropic's privacy terms.
eBay. Used to authenticate your eBay account, research existing listings, and create listings when you choose to publish.
Image search provider (Serper.dev / Google). To help you find original product photos, we send text queries only (such as brand, model, product name, or barcode number) to an image-search provider. No personal information is sent for this.
Apple. Sign-in and subscription purchases are handled by Apple. We do not receive your payment card details.
Product photos suggested from eBay or the web are shown only as candidates. You choose which images to
include, and you are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any image in your listing.
We do not sell your personal information.
Storage & security
Access tokens and keys are stored securely on your device (Keychain) and/or on our servers protected
by industry-standard measures. Photos are processed to fulfil your request and are not used to build
advertising profiles.
Data retention
We keep account, subscription, and usage records for as long as your account is active or as required
to comply with our legal obligations. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you can disconnect
your eBay account at any time in the app. To make a request, contact us at support@didithub.com.
Children
Lotify is not directed to children under 13 (or the age required in your region) and we do not
knowingly collect their data.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
